Our retreat is not about escaping your life. It’s about landing into it with more presence, connection, and softness. For a few days, we gather as a community to move, breathe, share, rest, and conect with nature.

Iza is the founder of Sarana and the host and facilitator of the Sarana Community Retreat.
Originally from Mexico and now based in Barcelona, she created Sarana from a deep desire to build spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and with others through movement, presence, and community.
With a background in yoga, Pilates, and mindful facilitation, Iza guides retreats and gatherings with a loving approach — creating environments that feel safe, welcoming, and vulnerable.
During the retreat, she will lead community circles, and reflective moments, holding space for connection, rest, and shared experience.

Mas Dàlia is a beautifully restored 14th-century country farmhouse nestled in the peaceful countryside of Baix Empordà, near the medieval village of Monells. Surrounded by nature, spacious gardens, and a private pool, it offers a calm and intimate setting perfect our retreat.
